training: week two (last week haha)

Alright... another good week of training
Everyone was in pretty good condition. Of course, this time of the year with this long of a season, it can be hard to stay focused. But we're just trying to keep things together, and talk really possitive. Personally... i have had to work reallllyyyy hard on temptations. Since i work at a fast food place its easy and convenient to get cheap food. and since most of my friends that ran cross country are done, it makes it even harder not to give in.
But to all of you out there reading this... just remember its all worth it once the journey is over. There's not many times people can compete at a national level.and they're lucky if they do. But there are thousands of times in your life that you'll prob eat fast food. So keep to your training, believe in yourself, and the unpossible will unfold |
